Jay T. Came out to my home today as scheduled, he was on time, he was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to show me which mice bait containers were active and areas outside where he believed the mice could be getting in and he filled the holes with mesh to deter them from entering. I had a follow up termite inspection and I got excellent costumer service from James Ruiz. He came in my house for a termite inspection and when he was looking in my basement he pointed out some chewed up wood in the corner of my house I never noticed. He was very knowledgeable and had expert customer service. It was great having an expert at my house find the issue before it became a problem and he did such a great job I wanted to give a review of my experience.
